Shachi Patel

Shachi Patel is an executive coach and leadership consultant. She coaches high-functioning professionals from diverse backgrounds across the globe to help them grow their careers and leadership skills. During her tenure at multiple Silicon Valley organizations, she served in various capacities and navigated successful career transitions. Aside from her technology background, she possesses leadership knowledge, change management expertise, and extensive nonprofit experience.

Shachi holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, a master’s degree in software engineering, and coaching credentials from the University of California, Davis, and the International Coach Federation. A member of “The Proud and The Few” – Woman in STEM, she pays it forward by serving as a mentor, coach, and advisor for the global TechWomen community.

Shachi is dedicated to making a positive social impact. She conceived, produced, and hosted an eclectic radio show featuring topics and issues of the South Asian diaspora. She has raised funds and stewarded large projects to provide education to underprivileged children in India. She mentors women technology leaders from Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Shachi currently serves as an advisor to “Healing Together,” an initiative to help victims of the Rwandan genocide against Tutsis, and Kebisu, a web interactive tutoring platform in Cameroon that helps girls enter STEM fields.
